Situated in the hilly region of 'La Vallee du Gapeau' in the Var in the prestigious surroundings of Solliès-Pont, close to Toulon and St. Tropez, a luxurious villa named Sena hides amongst secluded pine trees on 2600 square metres of land. This splendid villa has a 300m2 habitable area. Of high quality finish with full heating and electrical system, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 people. The swimming pool is equipped with a modern water system and the villa is fully secured by an alarm.
Thoroughly comfortable and very peaceful villa offers you 5 double bedrooms with bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom with a walk in cupboard. The entire villa has been recently refurbished and is accommodated to a tasteful style.
As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by a stylish reception room. Main Lounge: Equipped with classical style and very comfortable furniture the lounge is surrounded by stylish varnished stoned walls and large open fireplace. On to the left side, the stairs lead to a Mezzanine comfortably furnished offering you a peaceful area where you can relax in style. The lounge opens onto the terrace via double French doors. To one side of the main hall there is a corridor that leads to the 3 double bedrooms, fully furnished with attached bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms face the swimming pool and the terrace accessed through the French doors. The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 4,5m wide giving out into the pine forest along side.
To the left side of the lounge, on the ground floor, you can access the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 people including two refrigerators, gas cooking range with electrical oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, spacious worktops and a separate kitchen unit to one side. It contains fitted cupboards with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is also directly accessible through the driveway.
Dining: The stylish and restful dining area offers you magnificent views on both sides of the room. The dining table caters comfortably for 12 and a winning down area is also available for drinks either before or after meals.
The corridor leads off through the stairs to the lower ground section of the villa.
The villa has another 40m2 self-contained apartment with 1 bedroom, shower, living, kitchen and the 3rd terrace. This can be used independently and in total privacy from the main villa.
Each section of the villa has a separate entrance-door and therefore can be used as independent units with complete privacy.

GROUNDS
Villa Sena hides amongst secluded pine trees on 2600 m2 of land. As you drive up to the house, at the front of the villa, a spacious area for parking of 3 to 4 cars is available. The main front door of the villa can be accessed to the right side via a stone arch and path. The cool, leafy sun terrace is equipped with a large dining table and chairs and is perfect for al fresco meals. The comfortable sofas and large shaded area are ideal for relaxing with a drink or resting after a swim in the pool. The lovely swimming pool is 10m x 4.5m and looks out onto the forest. It is regularly cleaned and maintained and has a modern water system.

Local airports: Toulon-Hyères airport is 5 minutes away (daily flights with Ryanair, Air France and Jetair). Nice airport is 1 hour drive from the villa by motorway (for Easyjet, Basiqair coming from The Netherlands and others). Marseilles airport is 1½ hour drive from the villa or 40 min by TGV from Toulon.
Trains and buses: TGV to Toulon or Marseilles and Nice, trains, buses and coaches.

Places of Interest:
The nearby towns of Toulon, Marseilles, St Tropez and Nice. Local vineyards for wine tasting and purchases. Many famous castles in the Var region. Local markets for regional made products and local food. Crafts and art galleries of national and local artists.
Regional sightseeing: Take a short ride: after just a few miles you will be in the splendid hinterland of the Var and Saint Tropez, Verdon Gorges, inland towns and villages (with guided tours).
Activities: All watersport activities, diving schools, yachting, fishing and boat trips to the Islands. Many walking and cycling routes with spectacular scenery. It is ideally and centrally located for activities such as outings, windsurfing, skin-diving, relaxing on the beach or in a quiet creek.
After a short voyage, just a few minutes off the coast by the boat you'll find yourself away from the crowds on one of the splendid "Iles d'Or" (Golden Islands), Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Le Levant.
Beaches: the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are only 10 minutes from the villa. The main resorts are Cassis, Caqueiranne, St Tropez and Islands of Poquerolles. Also easy access by motorway or scenic route to beaches along the coastline towards Juan Les Pins & Nice.
Nightlife: many good local restaurants and cafes. Plenty of night life along the coastline towns of Cassis to St Tropez and Marseilles.
