Nice typical stone house ,recently renovated , full comfort, ideal location for touring this beautiful coast between Saint Brieuc and Roscoff.It's our secondary home, so we want it nice, safe and convenient.
Very quiet, no neighbours, preserved environment,fields, nice view, horses, riverside 300m away.Very comfortable, 2 bathrooms (one with SAUNA and JACUZZI-type hot tub), a fireplace, large rooms, satellite TV...
Lots of walks. Fishing, canoeing, horseriding, golf nearby. Shops in Lovely Little touristic city of Pontrieux (its harbour, architecture, artists, old washing houses by the river)
Ths first beach is 8 km away on Trieux river; a large choice of rocky shores or sandy beaches in the area. Visit the flowery Island of Brehat, the Pink Granite Coast, the lovely Castle of la roche-jagu, its beautiful large park and views over the river( 5 minutes away)
