Description of Accommodation
Close to the A 89 motorway exits, the Jardins de Caribole will welcome you in a fully fenced property located on the old Roman Road which became the Royal Road during the times of royalty and today a hiking trail.
For an evening, you can relax in the park lulled by the song of the birds (we are an LPO refuge), or enjoy the swimming pool or the terraces, enjoying refreshments or aperitifs offered on the drinks menu, or go for a walk on the stony paths starting a short distance from our gate.
Nature lovers, you will be able to encounter cows, horses and small wild animals, as well as very rich flora.
For history buffs, you can revisit the History of FRANCE thanks to the various information panels along the way.
Finally, if you prefer reading or news, library and satellite TV await you in your room.
In the evening, if you do not wish to go out, I will be happy to welcome you to our table d'hôte, either in our dining room by the fireplace in winter, or in our west veranda, where you will discover the setting sun over the Monts d'Auvergne. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a home-cooked meal, cooked with products from our garden and local farms.
In the morning, to get you in shape, breakfast will be served to you in our east veranda, where you can enjoy the sun rising over the Beaujolais Vert mountains.
A breakfast composed of village pastries, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yogurt will allow you to safely get back on the road to your vacation
